Flightline are a business travel agency based in Haddenham near Oxford. The business was established in 1994 as a limited company and converted to a plc in 1999 when more directors became involved. Typical customers of Flightline include software companies, IT companies and those involved in food and pharmaceuticals that require regular overseas travel as part of their day to day business. Jim McDaid is a director at Flightline and in the same way as they offer a personal service to their customers, then Jim expects the same from his suppliers.
