Top Performance Consulting Ltd

Top Performance Consulting Ltd (TPC) operates in the performance and organisational development sector and specialises in working with Boards and Senior Leadership teams. Our clients include large commercial organisations such as Marks and Spencer, Otis Lifts and Heathrow Airport, as well as third sector organisations which include Royal London Society for Blind People and The Orders of St John Care Trust.

We started working with MDC in October 2010. Our MD, Graham Jones, had previously employed MDC in his role of as co-founding Director of Lane4, a multi-million pound organisation.

MD Consulting handles all of our compliance requirements including the preparation of annual accounts, tax returns and payroll.  In addition, they advise us on extracting profits tax efficiently and undertake a pre year end planning review to make sure tax saving opportunities are not missed.

MDC also played an important part in setting up TPC, helping us put the things in place that provided the confidence we needed in laying the foundations for a new business.  We will continue to work with MDC to ensure we receive the best support and advice as our business grows. In particular, we will involve them in our planning for tax efficient growth and succession as well as retirement planning.

“Working with MD Consulting has provided us with the confidence that we are compliant with current legislation and also that we have someone looking into the future and providing us with valuable pointers and advice about all aspects of our financial planning.

“Our working relationship with Lisa and Andrea has always been cordial and productive. They are both professional and personable at the same time. This has always helped us in remaining confident and being able to stay focused on our business growth as the complexities of tax planning are handled by the experts behind the scenes.

“We have no hesitation and are delighted to recommend MDC.”
